Terms of service
Effective 7 November 2026 · Stellarsoft
- You own what you post. You let us show it according to the visibility you choose, and have Haqai analyse it.
- Argue in good faith: no harassment, no doxxing, no sock-puppet voting, no attempts to manipulate the judge.
- Haqai's rulings are AI opinions about the reasoning on the record. They can be wrong and aren't professional advice.
- We can moderate content and accounts that break the rules, and we'll explain where we can.
- Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; your consumer rights at home still apply.
§ 1This agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Stellarsoft (“we”), which runs Haqora. By creating an account or using Haqora you accept them, together with our privacy policy. If you don't accept them, please don't use Haqora.
§ 2Your account
- You must be at least 13, or older if your country requires it. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
- One person per account, using a real email address you control. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Don't impersonate anyone, and don't choose a handle that suggests you're someone you're not.
§ 3What you post
You keep ownership of your arguments and everything else you post. So that Haqora can work, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for example format, excerpt or translate) and distribute it on Haqora and in our emails, to have Haqai analyse it, and to show it when we promote Haqora.
The licence follows the visibility you choose. Private debates are shown only to their participants and invitees; unlisted debates only to people with the link. For public debates the licence continues after you delete your account, because other people's replies depend on what you said; we remove your name from it (see the privacy policy).
You confirm that you have the right to post what you post. Quote sources briefly and fairly, and link to them rather than copying them.
§ 4Rules of the floor
Argue the point, not the person. In particular, don't:
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or attack people for who they are;
- post anyone's private information, or content that is illegal where you or we are;
- spam, or advertise outside the labelled sponsorship slots;
- use more than one account to vote, take both sides or move ratings, or coordinate others to do so;
- try to manipulate Haqai, for example by hiding instructions to the judge in your arguments;
- scrape Haqora, overload it, probe its security or get around its limits, except through tools we offer for that purpose.
Haqai's rules about what counts as an answer, a dismissal or a standing point are part of how debates are scored, as explained on the method page.
§ 5Haqai's rulings
Haqai is an AI. Its readings and rulings are automated opinions about the reasoning and evidence on the record. They are not findings of fact, they can be wrong, and they are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Don't rely on a ruling when making decisions that matter.
If you think Haqai got something wrong, report it. We look at reports and use confirmed mistakes to improve the judge. We may change the models and rubric Haqai uses; each ruling records the version that produced it.
§ 6Moderation
We may hide content, limit features or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Where it's reasonable and safe, we'll tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to hamza.abdullah@stellarsoft.tech if you think we got it wrong.
§ 7Credits, plans and sponsorship
- Members get a monthly allowance of AI credits for draft checks. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and unused free credits don't carry over.
- Paid plans and credit packs, when we offer them, come with their own price and terms, shown before you pay.
- Sponsored topics and messages are always labelled, and sponsors never influence how Haqai judges.
§ 8The service
We're building Haqora in the open and will keep changing it. We may add, change or remove features, and we don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Links to other websites, including sources cited in debates, are their owners' responsibility.
§ 9Liability
Haqora is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for content posted by other people.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and AED 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
§ 10Ending
You can stop using Haqora at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to hamza.abdullah@stellarsoft.tech. We may end or suspend your access as described in section 6. Sections 3, 9 and 12 continue after this agreement ends.
§ 11Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top when these terms change, and email members about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using Haqora after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree with them, you can close your account.
§ 12Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and can bring a claim in its courts. Before going to court, please write to hamza.abdullah@stellarsoft.tech so we can try to resolve it.
